We couldn’t move fast forward to a cure if it weren’t for the valuable work provided by friends and volunteers. There are so many ways you get involved and help us to achieve our goal of a cure for pediatric brain cancer.
Be a local advocate in your own community! Hold a garage sale, lemonade stand, restaurant give-back night or set up your own campaign page through our website. You can share that information at community gatherings or through social media to promote your fundraising activity!
You can also contribute your time by bringing attention to our cause. In two very unique ways, we provide the opportunity for volunteers to cheer on the Noah’s Light teams.
For those who live in the Orlando area, we offer spots on our Team Noah cheer squad – but we’re not your typical cheerleaders. When you cheer on our runners, you have the opportunity to see Walt Disney World in a whole new light – the lights that line the race courses! Line up at the start or finish line, look for our signature green shirts, and encourage our runners as they pass you by! No coordinated clapping or human pyramids necessary. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or use this form to sign up today!
Tech savvy Noah’s Light fans from all over the globe can cheer us on as well – by being virtual volunteers! Noah’s Light’s virtual volunteers will be part of an email list that sends Facebook statuses, Tweets and Instagram photos for you to share so we can maximize our social media reach. Interested? Email email@example.com today so you can be in on announcements before everyone else!
